American Sign Language Substitute Teacher - High School
- Appropriate NYS Certification Required


English Substitute Teacher
- High School
- NYS English 7-12 Certification Required

- Experience teaching 10th and 11th Grade Regents English Desirable.

General Science Teacher - Middle School
- NYS Living Environment or General Science (5-6 Extension) Certification Preferred.
- Strong science background with elementary certification will be considered.

Math Teacher - September - January
- NYS Math Certification Required

 

Part-Time Paraprofessional Positions


Bi-lingual Teaching Assistant (2) - High School
- 5.33 Hours/Day, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 1:50 p.m. (Spanish Fluent)
and
- 3 Hours/Day, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (Mandarin Fluent)
- NYS Teacher or Teaching Assistant Certification Required
- Minimum 60 College Credits Required

Library Teaching Assistant - High School
- 6.5 Hours/Day, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
- NYS Teacher or Teaching Assistant Certification Required
- Minimum 60 College Credits Required

School Monitor (3) - High School (2) and Middle School (1)
- 5 Hours/Day, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
and
- 4.5 Hours/Day, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
- 2.33 Hours/Day, Monday - Friday, 10:30 a.m. - 12:50 p.m.


Hourly Positions


High School Equivalency Preparation Teacher - Formerly GED
- Evening Classes, Monday - Thursday, 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
- NYS Grades 7-12 Certification Required; English or Math Certification Preferred

Homebound Instructors - Secondary
(Multiple Positions Available)
- 2 Hours of Instruction
- Chemistry, Earth Science, Economics, Elementary Education, English, French, Hebrew, Living Environment, Math, Physics, and Spanish
- Availability Required Monday-Friday Between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
- NYS Certification Required
