May/June

Dr. Dolan has posted a Community Letter regarding Food in our Schools.
Food and Nutrition Services has posted nutrition label information on the Food and Nutrition Services Home Page.
Registration is now open for the GNPS Summer Programs. For more information, visit the Summer School Home Page and the Recreation Department Home Page.
Information is now available for the 2012 Before and After Summer Camp Child Care Program at Parkville and Baker, and the 2012-13 SCOPE After School Child Care Program at all five elementary schools.

March/April
Food and Nutrition Services has announced that during the month of May, a special Student-Planned Elementary Lunch Menu will be served in our district.
The Board Meetings Home Page will now include both the two-page agenda and the full Board meeting packet.
The Board of Education updated the following policies: 4331.2 Summer Scholarship, 5221 Internet Publishing, and 9740 Association Dues.

January/February

Updates of three Board of Education Policies -- 5330 Bullying, Cyberbullying, Harassment, Hazing, and Sexting; 5500 Student Records; and 8635 Information Security Breach and Notification -- have been posted by the Board Policy Committee following approval and adoption.
The Board of Education Current Members Page has been updated with bios of each Board of Education trustee.
Roger Tilles has been added to the Famous Great Neck Alumni from the 1960's Home Page.
The Elementary Report Card Page includes translations in Spanish, Chinese, and Korean.
The Transportation Department has posted the updated Non-Public School Transportation/Textbooks Request Form for 2012-13.

The Food Allergy Committee has posted a brand new Food Allergy Committee for Tolerance Web Site to keep kids with food allergies safe in our schools.
