Smartphone Configuration

To connect a Smartphone to the new mail server, users must choose “Activsync,” “Corporatesync,” “Microsoft Exchange,” or “Microsoft Outlook Web Access” client type on their phone. If none of these are available, the phone cannot be connected. Below are the settings you will need: Server: Email Address: Username: Domain: OWA url: Any time your Active Directory password is changed, you will need to update the password that is stored in your phone to be consistent with the new password.
